Problem
- Unify brand design across US and China teams by establishing a shared design language and creating a scalable design system.
My Role
- UX Lead(8 people): Built an accessibility-focused design system, developed reusable components, and defined processes for testing and integration.
Result
- Reduced development time by 300% through reusable components.

- Atomic Design- structured UI components into 5 levels: atoms, molecules, organisms, templates, and pages, ensuring scalability and consistency.
