Duda to Webflow Migration and Redesign
A site that finally matched the pedigree of the firm
StrataFusion is a Silicon Valley consulting firm with leadership from Disney, Adobe and Netflix. Their Duda site did not convert the senior decision makers they target. I led the move to Webflow and redesigned the site around enterprise lead generation.
Challenge
A legacy site below the level of its clients
The site had to be migrated off Duda without losing the SEO equity the firm had built or breaking lead capture, and restructured so C-level visitors reach a conversation faster.
Solution
Audit, redirects, rebuild
I ran a UX audit to find the conversion barriers, mapped every redirect, then designed and built the Webflow site around their client base and service capabilities, with a shorter path from first visit to contact.

Better leads and a five star review from the CTO
