Multi-Tenant SaaS for Community Impact
A national map and a dashboard for every organisation on it
Traumagraph helps nonprofits run community impact operations. I built the platform for 10Seven: an interactive map of trauma severity across the US, real-time per-organisation dashboards, role based multi-tenant access and modular reporting for stakeholders and partner networks.
Challenge
Rich maps or multi-tenant control, never both
Tools in this space force a choice between data visualisation and proper multi-tenant control. Traumagraph needed interactive maps, per-organisation dashboards with roles and stakeholder-ready reports in a single product.
Solution
Next.js, Mapbox and a reporting layer
I built the multi-tenant app on Next.js with a Mapbox layer rendering severity on a four-level scale at national scale, dashboards that track people served, programs, budget, staff and status, and Reports, Network and Insights modules for cross-organisation analysis.
Result
Several nonprofits on one production-grade platform
Multiple organisations now run on the same platform with their own dashboards and access, and stakeholders get their reports without a spreadsheet in sight.
